The breakfast option could use more variety in hot items.

I had such a fun experience ringing in the New Year at this hotel! It’s perfectly located near amazing street stalls and tons of shops, plus the river is just around the corner—such a great vibe! I loved the cute themed rooms, and the free snacks and drinks throughout the day were a nice touch that made my stay feel extra special.
The check-in process was a bit chaotic with a loooong line because everyone arrived at the same time. The room was on the smaller side, too, which felt a little cramped, especially during busy moments. though, it was a nice stay!

The location is fantastic—walking distance to the train station, shopping streets, and tons of local eats. I especially loved the free breakfast and the happy hour with mix-your-own cocktails; perfect way to unwind. The robots checking us in were super fun and added a unique twist to the experience!
On the downside, the room felt a bit cramped, and the sink being by the front door made things a little awkward when getting ready. Breakfast could get crowded, especially during peak times, so plan to head down early if you can! though, it was still a great stay!

The check-in process was a total headache. I mean, trying to figure out how to enter my name on that tablet was frustrating—no spaces? Seriously?

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day out. the room was modern, clean, and had a simple design, perfect for a convenient place to stay. the bathroom was also divided into 3 sections, which was a great advantage for our group. Although the room was bit small, it had everything we needed and the staff was helpful. Plus, we loved the discount on the food box for breakfast.
The only negative was a wait for the laundry machines.

I visited during the new year and the festivities in the surrounding areas were lively and exciting. The hotel's location was also quite convenient, being close to major points of interest. The breakfast boxes were a nice touch, and the staff was quite friendly and welcoming.
The room itself left much to be desired. The space was cramped and there was no view, which felt quite oppressive during the festivities.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were well equipped with impressive amenities such as a clothing machine and presser, which came in very handy. the location was fantastic, close to all the key attractions, shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the ability to have breakfast in the room or take it out as a lunch box. It saved us time and money.
The cost was a bit high for what we expected. Although the room was clean and modern, the bed could have been a bit softer.
